Holding the first ever Caspian transport and logistic forum was a superb idea. The event provided a great opportunity to meet regional transport companies and make sure cooperation perspectives are implemented, including the upgrade of rolling stock, infrastructure equipment and facilities. We are grateful to the organizers for inviting us to the forum, for we believe it is quite useful, as is the work across the region.
We held business meetings here with private companies. Azerbaijan is a traditionally large-scale consumer of railway equipment (freight cars, maintenance cars, engines). But the national rolling stock needs upgrading and expansion, and our company is but keen to take part in the process. Our holding is one of the top machine-building enterprises that makes highly demanded machinery and equipment.
